Product warranties - Technical assistance

The products purchased on the site are covered by the guarantee of the individual producers for the relative period indicated and where not expressly indicated, have a guarantee that cannot have a duration of less than 24 months from the day of purchase pursuant to Legislative Decree no. . 24/2002. The aforementioned guarantee applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the same has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation attached to the product itself. In compliance with Legislative Decree n. 24/2002, this guarantee is reserved only to the private consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and who has not indicated a VAT number in the order). The aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness or misapplication of the product. No additional guarantee is given on the Products to that provided by the individual Manufacturers. Technical assistance and warranty interventions on the Products are carried out, where foreseen, by the individual Manufacturers according to the methods and terms indicated in the documentation attached to the Products themselves. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, we reserve the right to charge any verification and repair costs requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs, if supported. Any defects must be reported by the Customer by completing and sending the RMA form within and no later than 10 (ten) days from receipt of the goods. The Customer will be entitled to the replacement or repair of the damaged or non-functioning Product upon return of the same. The shipping costs for the replacement or repair of the product are charged to the customer. The replaced or repaired product will be carried out at our expense.

Right of cancellation and withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer (if qualified as a "consumer"), has the right, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal. The aforementioned right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by email to assistenza@elettrox.com, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Products. Returned products must be perfectly intact and in their original packaging. The return by the customer must be authorized, who will issue a return authorization number, which must be affixed to the package (RMA form for the right of withdrawal). The Customer must send the goods to the address indicated on the RMA form or indicated by email. Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted for any reason. We will, in the shortest possible time and, after receipt and verification of the integrity of the returned products, refund the sums paid by the customer (as indicated on the invoice with the exclusion of delivery costs). This payment will be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the customer or as a refund via Paypal if previously used as a payment method. The costs of returning the Product are charged to the customer. Any product will be rejected if: 1. The product has not been packed in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, any manuals and/or instructions and anything else contained in the original packaging; 2. The return costs have not been paid by the customer; 3. The methods and times established by law for exercising the right of withdrawal have not been respected. In the case of parcels that have entered storage, for reasons attributable to the customer, the courier will ship them to the sender after 8 days, charging the sender with expenses. In the event that the customer has not given information to us and/or the courier for the resolution, he will have to pay the shipping costs again plus the costs incurred by us for the return to the office by the courier in order to get the ordered goods back. . For purchases with collection of the material in the store and payment on delivery, the material will be reserved for a maximum of 2 days. After this time, the material will be relisted and the order will be cancelled.
